A.We are a Family run Business, Also dj agencies will charge alot more, Then possibly get you a cheap dj and enjoy the commission.
Q. Do we have to pay extra for disco lights.
A, No, All disco,s will have a nice set of lights, If you have to pay extra for a mobile disco to supply lights then be very worried, Thay may not have any and have to rely on hire or borrow.
Q. We are doing a 80s night, Can you dress up as well.?
A. Oh YES, We love dressing up.
Q. How long do you need to set-up.?
A. About 1 hour, Depending on venue, Parking, Access.
Q. Are there any hidden charges.?
A. NO, The price you are charge will not go up. How ever we do supply things like up-lighting, Flame machine, Backdrops, Which we do charge extra for, And these will be included in the finale price if you wish to have them added.
Q. Where are you based.?
A. We are a mobile disco based in Surrey.
Q. Will you travel to do my disco.?
A. YES, We will travel up to about 80 miles.
Q. We want a 60s & 70s theme night.
A. YES, we do many different types of theme nights.
Q. Do you have Karaoke,?
A. YES, Please request at time of booking
Q. Most of our guest are 50+ and we don`t want the bass too load, Are you able to turn the bass down.?
A. YES, We can turn the bass down, We can also turn sound up when appropriate.We try to please every one
Q. You do alot of extra's, Do you own them or are you hiring them.
A. We own Disco Rig, Photo booths, Fun casino tables, Roulette and Blackjack, sweet carts, 5x post box's, Giant letters and numbers, White starlight backdrop, Low level Fogger, 4ft 'LOVE' Letters, Uplighting, Chair covers & Sashes and more.

With disco, It comes with full light rig, Professional Wedding DJ, Party DJ (Me). We welcome a Playlist/guild, and about 4 weeks before event we send a questionnaire asking some basic questions like= Timings, First dance, special request, playlist.

The photo booth printer is set to two prints each time, 1 for guest, 1 for guest book, Your are presented the book on the day at the end, We send a link to our gallery were you can save and share with who you like, we save file for a minimal of 2 year just in case you need copies again, Plus you get 4 key rings, Unlimited visits to the booth, over 200 props, Comes with professional photo booth attendant. Professional background, and we can put message on photos if wanted.
Our oval photo booth is normally set to take 4 pictures at a time then forms a collage on print with message, then 2 are printed, When we send you the link to pictures taken you get copy of that picture, plus we send you the individual pictures in that group of 4, Example, if 100 pictures are taken on the night you get link with all 500 pictures, link sent with in 7 days (Next day in most cases)
Q, We want to book 3hr Photo Booth does that include set up time.
A. 3hrs is photo booth run time, we normally arrive 2-1hr before to set-up.
Q. We would like more than two pictures printed at a time, say 1 for guest book, 2 for guest, can you do this.
A. Yes, We can set printer to 2-3-4-5+prints at a time, But will be at additional cost as will require more ink and printer paper,
Q. We have booked photo booth to start at 8pm, As its our wedding, if we were running late would you be willing to start a little later and finish a little later.
A. Yes. we are flexible on times and allow 30 mins delay.
Q. Do we have to pay deposit to book you for our event.
A. Yes, We take a part payment (Deposit) by bank transfer, Then outstanding balance normally two weeks before event. having request a quote does not mean you have a booking with us. your booking is only valid once we have received payment and we have confirmed, We operate a first to pay part payment gets the date. Some dates are popular and we may have several people thinking about booking for the same date as you.
Cancelation= If you need to cancel a booking, any money paid up to 3 months before event will be offered full refund, if under 3 months, refund -£50 admin cost.
We have PLI (10m insurance) for Photo booth & Disco And PAT, Portable appliance test.
